Icescoop app for iPhone and iPad

Icescoop is a graphical dashboard for Service Providers registered on the Icestack App.
 
The following reports are generated, showing your organizations User/Customer activity on Icestack:
 
•   Number of Service Requests
•   Type of Service Requests
•   Number of requests completed
 
Icescoop presents real-time information directly from the Icestack App, including when integrated with service management or CRM solutions (e.g. Salesforce.com).
 
To clarify; the Icescoop App is for Icestack Service Providers, not Icestack Users/Customers.
